About the Competition
NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, is honoured to announce the 17th edition of its annual Constitutional Law Moot, the NALSAR-Justice Bodh Raj Sawhny Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2024, which will be held in collaboration with the Justice Bodh Raj Sawhny Memorial Trust and in association with Vidhi Centre for Policy Research.
The moot is scheduled to take place from 4th October 2024 to 6th October 2024 in an offline format at NALSAR Hyderabad’s campus.
This competition has earned its reputation as India’s premier Constitutional law moot over several years. Esteemed judges such as Justice (Retd.) B.N. Srikrishna, Justice (Retd.) B.P. Rao, Justice (Retd.) Akil Qureshi, and Adv. Gautam Bhatia, among others, have graced previous editions. The competition attracts the brightest legal minds from law schools across the country, with over 100 teams participating in the last edition.

Eligibility
- The Competition is open to students currently enrolled in LL.B. Degree Courses (3 year/5 year) or LLM Postgraduate Degree Courses.
- A team is not permitted to have members from more than one institution.
- No more than one team may represent an institution.
