About the Event

The 1st Indo-Pacific Technology Law Summit 2025 is a premier event under the larger Indo-Pacific Legal Summit banner. Organized by CARE in collaboration with ITechLaw, this summit is set to bring together distinguished voices from academia, technology, policy-making, and legal practice. The primary goal is to explore the dynamic intersections of law, technology, and innovation in the Indo-Pacific region and beyond.

Format and Structure

This is a single-round abstract-based selection process. Participants must submit their abstract (max 300 words) on any of the listed themes or a closely related tech-legal issue. Selected authors will be invited to present their work at the summit and may also be considered for future publication opportunities in associated academic journals. Evaluation will be based on originality, relevance to the Indo-Pacific region, and scholarly merit.

Submissions are invited on an individual basis. Joint authorship (max 2 authors) is permissible but only one author may present the abstract at the summit.
