About the Moot
The 1st KSK-NALSAR International Commercial Law Moot Court Competition 2025 focuses on International Commercial Arbitration, providing students with the opportunity to engage in complex legal issues and enhance their advocacy skills. This event is organized under a ten-year Memorandum of Understanding between KSK and NALSAR to promote legal education and professional development. Participants will gain exposure to reputed judges and legal professionals and compete for monetary prizes and internships.

Location
The Oral Rounds will take place at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Accommodation for participating teams will be provided at Honeyberg Resort, located 11 km from the campus. Transport services between the resort and the campus will be arranged by the organizing committee during the competition.
