The 1st NUJS National Disability Law Moot is a pioneering national-level competition solely dedicated to disability rights under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and related legal frameworks.

Q1: Who is eligible to participate?
A: Any student enrolled in an undergraduate law program at a recognized Indian institution.
Q2: Is a recommendation/reference required?
A: No, only team details and valid ID cards are required.
Q3: Will all participants receive a certificate?
A: Yes, certificates will be issued to all participants.
Q4: Is there a registration fee?
A: Yes. ₹2,500 per team for the memo round, with a discounted rate for PwD-inclusive teams.
Q5: Can international students apply?
A: No, participation is limited to students from Indian universities.
