About the Event

The 2nd Dr. K.L. Thakral Memorial Moot Court Competition is an annual event that challenges law students to engage with complex legal issues and enhance their advocacy skills. Following the success of last year’s competition, this year’s edition invites students from across the nation to participate in a rigorous platform that emphasizes legal research, teamwork, and public speaking.

Formatting Requirements

• Memorial Submission: Each team must prepare memorials for both the prosecution and the defense. Submissions must adhere to strict formatting guidelines, including the use of Times New Roman font, size 12 for body text, and size 10 for footnotes, with 1.5 line spacing.
• Citation Style: Bluebook, 20th Edition.
