About the University/Organization

The Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), renowned for its emphasis on legal education and research, is organizing the 2nd Edition of the GCCIL National Mock-CIRP Competition. This initiative is hosted by the GNLU Centre for Corporate and Insolvency Law (GCCIL) in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and Insolvency Law Academy. The GCCIL National Mock-CIRP Competition offers an immersive experience in corporate insolvency resolution proceedings. It simulates real-life cases, enabling participants to develop analytical, problem-solving, and professional skills.

Payment Structure

• At Registration:
  • GNLU Students: ₹1,000 per team
  • Others: ₹2,000 per team
• At Submission of CIRP Dossier and Resolution Plan:
  • GNLU Students: ₹2,000 per team
  • Others: ₹4,000 per team

Prizes

• Best Team: ₹25,000
• Runners-Up: ₹20,000
• Best Resolution Professional (RP): ₹10,000
• Best Interim Resolution Professional (IRP): ₹10,000
• Best CIRP Dossier & Resolution Plan: ₹5,000
