About the 2nd National Mediation Competition:

The ADR Committee of Amity Law School, in collaboration with the Ministry of Law and Justice and the Pro Bono Club, is proud to present the 2nd National Mediation Competition. Scheduled for 20th September 2024, this prestigious event provides law students from across India the chance to develop and showcase their mediation skills. The competition mirrors real-life mediation scenarios, encouraging participants to demonstrate their abilities in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving while playing the role of mediators in hypothetical disputes.

Eligibility:

The competition is open to full-time law students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LLB programs at law schools recognized by the Bar Council of India for the academic year 2023-2024.

Registration Fee:

• Team Registration: ₹1500 + ₹270 GST
• Accommodation (Optional): ₹450 + 18% GST

Prizes:

• Cash Prizes up to ₹18,000 for the winning teams.

• Last Date for Clarifications: 8th September 2024
• Registration Closes: 15th September 2024
• Submission of Mediation Plan (Soft Copy): 17th September 2024
