The National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, is a premier institution committed to advancing forensic, justice, and policy studies. The School of Law, Forensic Justice & Policy Studies at NFSU, in collaboration with the Gujarat State Human Rights Commission, is hosting the 2nd National Pro Bono and Legal Aid Conclave to foster dialogue and empower students, professionals, and advocates in promoting legal aid initiatives.

About the Event

The conclave focuses on enhancing access to justice through collaboration, advocacy, and pro bono initiatives. This platform encourages participation from law students, advocates, NGOs, and various stakeholders to drive meaningful legal aid reforms. Competitions, consultations, and drafting sessions will be conducted as part of the event to enhance the practical skills of participants.

Format/Structure

The conclave consists of:

• Theme 1: Consultation and Deliberation Session – Focused on collaborative dialogue among advocates, legal professionals, and students.
• Theme 2: Competitions including PIL Drafting, Client Counselling, RTI Drafting, and Consumer Complaint Drafting.
• Theme 3: Research Paper Presentation and Policy Recommendation Competitions.

• Eligibility: Law students, advocates, and NGOs are encouraged to participate.
• Prizes:
  • Winner (Justice Synergy): ₹12,000 + 100% discount on Manupatra course.
