About the Organizers
The NLIU Cell for Law and Technology (NLIU CLT), in collaboration with Niti Bodh, proudly presents the 3rd edition of Scribbling Stratagem, a unique policy doodling competition organized as part of Techtonic 2025. This innovative event challenges participants to creatively express policy ideas through doodles and visual representations, bridging the gap between art and policymaking.
About the Event
This year’s problem statement, curated by Mr. Pulkit Prakash, promises to test participants’ creative thinking and analytical skills. Through this competition, participants will have an opportunity to craft solutions for real-world policy challenges using their creativity and strategic acumen.

Format & Structure
- Participants can compete individually or in teams of two members.
- Submissions will be evaluated on creativity, relevance, and adherence to the problem statement.
Eligibility
Open to undergraduate and master’s students pursuing studies in law and related fields.
Prizes & Benefits
- Winner: ₹10,000 + Internship Opportunities
- 1st Runner-up: ₹7,500
- 2nd Runner-up: ₹5,000
- Certificates: Participation certificates for all registrants.
Registration Fees
- Single Participant: ₹350
- Team of Two: ₹500
Additional Details
This competition will be conducted entirely online, ensuring participation from across the country. Results will be announced on February 9, 2025.
