The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) and the Centre for International Corporate and Commercial Laws (CICCL) at MNLUA are organizing the 3rd Senior Advocate Late Shri P. M. Shah National Client Counselling Competition. This competition aims to enhance the client interaction and counseling skills of budding lawyers, providing a platform to engage with real-world legal scenarios.

Format/Structure:

• Team Composition: Each team will consist of two participants (Counsel 1 and Counsel 2).
• Eligibility: Law students from three-year and five-year courses from any recognized university or college are eligible.
• Participation Cap: 40 teams will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Registration Fee: Rs. 7000/- per team (includes accommodation and food).

The competition will be held at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad, Nath Valley Road, Kanchanwadi, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar – 431005, Maharashtra.
