About the Event
The 6th Dr. B.S. Goel Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2025, presents a compelling moot problem revolving around environmental degradation, urbanization, and legal remedies under constitutional and statutory frameworks. This competition aims to provide students an opportunity to delve into judicial activism, PILs, and environmental jurisprudence. The moot problem challenges participants to advocate on issues concerning Articles 21, 19(1)(g), 48A, and 51A(g) of the Constitution, the Environmental Protection Act, and EIA clearances.
