About the Event

The 6th Dr. B.S. Goel Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2025, presents a compelling moot problem revolving around environmental degradation, urbanization, and legal remedies under constitutional and statutory frameworks. This competition aims to provide students an opportunity to delve into judicial activism, PILs, and environmental jurisprudence. The moot problem challenges participants to advocate on issues concerning Articles 21, 19(1)(g), 48A, and 51A(g) of the Constitution, the Environmental Protection Act, and EIA clearances.

A: No, changes are allowed only in extenuating circumstances with permission from organizers.

Q3: What is the dress code for the event?
A: Black and white formals with a black coat and shoes for all court appearances and ceremonies.

Q4: Will participants receive certificates?
A: Yes, all participants will receive certificates.

Q5: Are both online and offline rounds mandatory?
A: Yes, preliminary and quarterfinal rounds will be online. Semifinals and finals will be held offline.
