IJIEL is now inviting submissions for the upcoming Volume 15 of the journal. The journal welcomes contributions that explore a range of topics related to international economic law, with an emphasis on both theoretical and practical perspectives. The submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with the final deadline set for March 15, 2025.

Submission Categories:

  1. Articles (6,000 to 10,000 words, exclusive of footnotes) – Comprehensive analyses of broad themes in international economic law.
  2. Essays (4,000 to 6,000 words, exclusive of footnotes) – Concise analysis of specific contemporary issues in the field.
  3. Case Notes and Legislative Commentaries (1,500 to 3,000 words, exclusive of footnotes).

Manuscript Guidelines:

  • Format: MS Word (.doc or .docx), Times New Roman, font size 12 (main text), font size 10 (footnotes), double spaced.
  • Covering Letter: Include author(s) name, institution/affiliation, title of the manuscript, and contact information.
  • Abstract: Max 200 words.
  • Citation Style: OSCOLA (4th edition) with footnotes.
  • Co-authorship: Up to three authors are permitted.
  • Review Process: The review involves an internal review followed by a double-blind peer review. Authors should be prepared to make changes based on feedback.
