About the Internship

Debtfrie is hiring 10-12 Assessment Interns to join the Debt Settlement, Arbitration, and DRT team. This internship provides practical exposure to client handling, legal drafting, and negotiation, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Eligibility:

• Final-year law students or graduates (2023-24 batch).
• Physical relocation to Debtfrie’s Noida office (Sector-2) is required.

Responsibilities:

• Client Handling – Manage communication, offer legal guidance, and update clients on case progress.
• Legal Negotiations – Negotiate settlements with debtors and creditors.
• Drafting – Prepare legal documents, settlement agreements, and legal notices.
• Legal Research – Stay updated on debt-related laws and industry practices.
• Performance Evaluation – Interns who excel may be offered permanent roles.
