About the Organization

The Centre for Law and Urban Development (CLUD) at National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) is dedicated to addressing legal issues at the intersection of law and urban development. CLUD aims to foster academic discourse and policy innovation in this evolving field.

About the Event

The Centre invites blog submissions from scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students. This is an opportunity to contribute to the academic dialogue on law and urban development by analyzing critical legal issues, policy frameworks, and innovative solutions. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

• Consumer Protection under RERA – Comparative analysis with international practices
• Digital Infrastructure in Smart Cities – Technology integration for urban development
• Competition Law – Preventing monopolies in urban projects
