About the Event
The Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad, is hosting the National Moot Court Competition 2025 on March 8-9, 2025, at its Prayagraj campus. The moot problem focuses on Criminal Law and Human Rights, addressing pressing contemporary issues. This offline event provides a platform for law students to enhance their advocacy, research, and teamwork skills, competing amidst India’s largest cultural festival, the Maha Kumbh 2025.

Format/Structure
- Pre-Memorial Registration: Free for all eligible teams.
- Memorial Submission: Teams are shortlisted based on their memorials.
- Final Registration: Shortlisted teams must pay ₹3,500 as the registration fee. Accommodation is available at ₹1,500.
- Rounds: The competition will include the Researcher Test, Preliminary Rounds, Quarterfinals, Semi-finals, and Final rounds.
Location
The event will be conducted offline at the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj.

- Winner: ₹50,000 + Trophy
- Runner-up: ₹30,000 + Trophy
- Best Memorial: ₹15,000 + Trophy
- Best Speaker: ₹10,000 + Trophy
- Best Researcher: ₹10,000 + Trophy
- All participants receive participation certificates.
