About the Summer Research Fellowship (EU) 2025
The Summer Research Fellowship (EU) 2025 is a prestigious paid program offering law students, professionals, and academics the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, law, and policy. With a focus on EU law and the EU AI Act, the program is designed to advance participants’ legal and policy expertise while providing networking opportunities with policymakers and AI experts.
The fellowship aims to cultivate the next generation of legal leaders to ensure AI development aligns with public interest and global safety standards.

Eligibility
The fellowship is open to:
- Law students and graduates (LLB, LLM, JD, PhD, or postdoctoral researchers).
- Final-year undergraduate law students.
- Professionals transitioning into legal research or AI policy.
- Applicants with backgrounds in EU law are preferred, but experience in AI law is not mandatory.
