The firm is looking to hire three Legal Associates for its Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Legal Research & Analysis – Conduct in-depth research on case laws, corporate disputes, and arbitration matters.
✔ Drafting & Documentation – Prepare legal notices, petitions, pleadings, and contracts.
✔ Litigation & Court Representation – Assist in court appearances, hearings, and arbitration proceedings.
✔ Regulatory & Compliance Advisory – Work on IBC matters, company law cases, and commercial litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ 1-3 years PQE in relevant practice areas.
✅ Strong drafting, communication, and legal research skills.
✅ Experience in High Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitration preferred.
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
