This opportunity is tailored for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in litigation or commercial contracts. The role provides hands-on exposure to civil and criminal matters, drafting, legal research, and daily court proceedings.

Format/Structure

Key Responsibilities

• Appear before various courts including High Court, District Courts, and Magistrate Courts.
• Draft complaints, petitions, and responses for civil and criminal cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case preparation.
• Engage with court procedures and client briefings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Law graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in litigation and/or commercial contracts.
• Sound knowledge of civil and criminal court procedures.
• Strong command over drafting and legal research.
• Confident in court appearances and independent case handling.

📍 Office at Satra Plaza, Vashi, Navi Mumbai
(Courts of practice: Bombay High Court, Belapur & Panvel Courts)
