Format/Structure
Intern Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on domestic and international laws
- Drafting legal documents, including complaints, petitions, notices, investment/shareholder agreements, SAFTs, privacy policies, EULAs, etc.
- Supporting court filings, hearings, and documentation work
- Assisting in matters related to blockchain, crypto, and Web3 laws
- Maintaining case files, legal databases, and handling internal communication
- Managing client interactions, scheduling meetings, and drafting correspondences
- Working across multiple legal disciplines including civil, criminal, corporate, and tech law
