About the Event

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, especially relevant to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. Interns will support the Associate Corporate Counsel at the Pune office in reviewing documents, ensuring compliance, and preparing legal submissions. This opportunity is ideal for law students and recent graduates looking to gain exposure in corporate legal processes within a technical industry environment.

Event Timeline

Format and Structure

Interns will report directly to the Pune-based Associate Corporate Counsel and support in:

• Reading and reviewing RFPs and BD documents
• Understanding and executing legal documentation and compliance
• Reviewing documents such as JV agreements, teaming agreements, POAs, declarations, affidavits
• Assisting in printing, notarization, stamping, and submission of documents
• Tracking project agreement executions (NDAs, statutory forms, etc.)

Internship tasks are a mix of legal research, drafting, documentation, and operational support in the A/E/C corporate space.
