About the Organisers

This internship is coordinated by a consortium of experienced advocates, law mentors, and forensic consultants based in Delhi, with permissions and arrangements that enable participants to attend court proceedings, analyze real case files, and receive structured mentorship. The initiative is supported by experts committed to interdisciplinary legal education and courtroom readiness.

Event Timeline

Format and Structure

The internship will be fully offline (in-person) and conducted in Delhi. It includes:

• Court visits to Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and District Courts
• Observing courtroom proceedings and legal arguments
• Drafting practice: writs, petitions, applications, and case briefs
• Legal research under mentorship
• Exposure to forensic aspects of legal cases — documentation, crime scene evaluation, medico-legal intersections
• Interaction with legal and forensic professionals

Interns will be assigned to a rotation schedule allowing them to experience various judicial and legal roles during the programme.

Law Students:

• 3rd year and above of a 5-year integrated law course
• 2nd year and above of a 3-year LLB programme

Forensic Science Students:
