About the Event

HouseEazy is inviting law students with a passion for real estate law, property rights, and technology-driven legal solutions to apply for its legal internship program at the company’s Delhi NCR office. This offline internship offers an excellent opportunity for law students to understand property law documentation, due diligence, and the intersection of law and proptech.

This is an in-office, hands-on internship where selected candidates will work directly with the legal team and business units on a variety of projects and live assignments.

Event Timeline

Format and Structure

The internship is full-time and offline, requiring interns to be physically present at HouseEazy’s office. Interns will work closely with the legal and real estate compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and memorandums related to real estate and technology sectors
• Assist in handling property matters, encumbrances, ownership verification, and title search
• Support the legal team in conducting property due diligence for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
• Research on laws related to contracts, real estate transactions, and RERA compliance
• Draft and format legal opinions, case summaries, and internal notes

Location and Mode

• Mode: Offline / In-Office
• Location: HouseEazy Office, Delhi NCR
• Timings: As per office schedule (Monday to Saturday)

Eligibility

• Students currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree
• Preferably in their 3rd or 4th year (for 5-year course)

• Proficiency in MS Word and basic documentation skills
