About the Internship

The Ministry of Women and Child Development is inviting applications from women students, scholars, social activists, and teachers for its Internship Programme.

This initiative offers selected candidates the opportunity to:

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Gender: Open only to women candidates.
  • Background: Students, scholars, social activists, and teachers from non-Tier I cities and rural parts of India.
  • Institutional Affiliation: Must be enrolled in or associated with any university, academic institution, or non-academic institution.
  • Age Limit: Between 21 and 40 years at the time of application.

Stipend & Benefits

  • Stipend: ₹20,000 per month.
  • Travel Reimbursement: Cost of travel (by deluxe/AC bus or 3-Tier AC train) for joining and returning from the programme will be covered.
  • Accommodation: Hostel facility on a shared basis in Delhi for the duration of the internship.
