The Parvarish Scheme at NLIU Bhopal, launched by the student-led group People United for Law, Education and Rehabilitation (PULER), is now open for sponsorship opportunities. This initiative invites compassionate individuals and groups to sponsor the education of meritorious students from Class 6 to 12 in Bhopal, ensuring that financial constraints do not force them to abandon their schooling.

With its focus on care, consistency, and compassion, the Parvarish Scheme is more than just financial assistance—it is about building relationships of mentorship and guidance with children who deserve the chance to learn, grow, and dream.

About NLIU Bhopal and PULER

The National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, is one of India’s premier institutions for legal education and research. Known for its academic excellence and vibrant student initiatives, NLIU fosters leadership, responsibility, and community service among its students.

PULER (People United for Law, Education and Rehabilitation) is a student-run initiative founded at NLIU. What began with members visiting the Mendora Government Primary School near the campus has grown into a full-fledged social responsibility program. Volunteers teach children from Class 1 to 5, improving literacy, critical thinking, and confidence while becoming mentors and extended family to the children.

The Parvarish Scheme is a natural extension of this mission. With this program, PULER ensures that bright children can continue their education beyond primary school at Sharda Vihar School, Bhopal—a reputed private institution offering a strong academic foundation.

About the Parvarish Sponsorship Opportunity

The Parvarish Scheme focuses on students transitioning from Class 6 to Class 12, a crucial six-year academic journey. The average annual cost of a child’s education is ₹26,000–₹30,000. Unfortunately, many children are unable to continue due to financial limitations.

Through this scheme, donors can choose how they would like to support:

  • Full Sponsorship – Sponsor the complete education of one child individually.
  • Shared Sponsorship – Join with other donors to collectively support a child.
  • Periodic Contributions – Contribute annually or in smaller amounts as per capacity.

⚠️ Every contribution matters. Whether large or small, each donation directly helps keep a child in school.

What makes the scheme unique is its objective assessment process. PULER identifies students based on academic merit and financial need, creating a pool of deserving candidates. Contributors are kept informed through periodic progress reports, ensuring complete transparency.
