  • Skills Required:
    • Strong research and analytical ability.
    • Excellent drafting and writing skills.
    • Proficiency in legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.
    • Computer literacy and ability to prepare reports, presentations, and policy documents.

Duties and Responsibilities

Law Clerks will:

  • Prepare summaries of complaint cases and hearing matters.
  • Assist in legal research and preparation of draft judgments.
  • Draft regulations, policy papers, handbooks, and reports.
  • Assist in preparation of speeches, academic papers, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provide support in drafting the annual and periodic reports of the Lokpal.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Chairperson or Members.
