Duties and Responsibilities
Law Clerks will:
- Prepare summaries of complaint cases and hearing matters.
- Assist in legal research and preparation of draft judgments.
- Draft regulations, policy papers, handbooks, and reports.
- Assist in preparation of speeches, academic papers, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Provide support in drafting the annual and periodic reports of the Lokpal.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Chairperson or Members.
