Responsibilities
Conducting legal research and preparing memos on various legal issues
Assisting with drafting legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
Allending client meelings and court proceedings to observe and learn
Assisting with case preparation and management
Maintaining and organizing legal files and documents
Providing administrative support to the legal team
Utilizing MS-Office and MS-Word to create and edit legal documents
