About the Opportunity

The University invites applications for the position of Academic Fellow (IP Law) for its Joint Masters/LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Management Programme, offered in collaboration with WIPO and the Indian IP Office (CGPDTM). Format and Structure

The selection process will be conducted in two stages:

Stage 1 (50 Marks):

• Educational Qualification & Academic Performance – 15 marks
• Relevant Experience – 15 marks
• Demonstrable Interest in IP Law – 20 marks

Stage 2 (50 Marks):

• Written Test – 15 marks
• Interview (Knowledge & Behavioral Profile) – 35 marks

Candidates shortlisted for Stage 2 will be in a 1:4 ratio post initial screening.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • LL.B./LL.M. (IPR specialization), preferably with a background in science/technology
  • Demonstrable interest in IP & Technology Law, International IP Law
• Experience Requirements:
  • LL.B. holders: Minimum 3 years in IP litigation/prosecution/transaction
  • LL.M. (IPR) holders: Minimum 2 years in IP litigation/prosecution/academia with at least one journal publication
