About the Opportunity
FourFold Legal is currently hiring a full-time Advocate with 2–3 years of experience in handling Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) matters. The ideal candidate will be someone well-versed in SARFAESI Act, RDDBFI Act, and who has actively participated in filings, appearances, and DRT case strategy.
This is a field-intensive, responsibility-driven role, best suited for advocates looking to develop expertise in financial recovery litigation and commercial disputes.

Format and Structure
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Noida, with travel across North India based on case listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings, affidavits, and applications under DRT and SARFAESI frameworks
- Filing Vakalatnama, counter-affidavits, rejoinders, and recovery claims
- Representing clients before Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs), DRATs, and associated forums
- Conducting legal research, case law analysis, and maintaining case records
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and recovery officers
- Managing both physical and e-filing processes across jurisdictions
- Regular travel to Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, and other tribunal benches
