This is an exciting opportunity for young advocates (2021-2022 law graduates) to gain hands-on experience in commercial litigation. The selected candidate will work on diverse legal matters across various fora, handling cases from initiation to resolution.

Position Details

📌 Position: Advocate
📌 Practice Areas: Commercial Litigation
📌 Court Appearances: Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT
📌 Experience Required: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
📌 Remuneration: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
📌 Location: Delhi
📌 Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

✔ Drafting & Research: Drafting petitions, applications, replies, and rejoinders for cases before Delhi High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
✔ Court Appearances: Representing clients in hearings and assisting senior counsel.
✔ Case Management: Handling matters end-to-end, including client communication, legal strategy formulation, and documentation.
✔ Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on commercial law, corporate litigation, and insolvency matters.
✔ Advisory Work: Providing legal opinions and guidance on corporate compliance and commercial disputes.

Eligibility Criteria

🔹 Law Graduates (2021-2022 batch) with a PQE of 2-3 years.
🔹 Strong knowledge of commercial laws, corporate litigation, and dispute resolution.
🔹 Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
🔹 Prior experience in handling matters before Delhi High Court, NCLT, or NCLAT is preferred.
🔹 Ability to work independently and manage litigation files efficiently.
