The National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, in collaboration with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), presents the second edition of the Annual Arbitration Lecture—an esteemed platform fostering high-level discourse on international arbitration. The lecture series is known for featuring globally renowned speakers and thought leaders in the arbitration space.
About the Event
This year’s lecture, titled “Five Things You Think You Know About Arbitration, But You Don’t”, will be delivered by Ms. Lucy Reed, President of the Court of Arbitration at SIAC. A distinguished figure in the field, Reed has a stellar international profile in arbitration, having served in various key roles globally, including with Freshfields, ICCA, the US State Department, and the Iran-US Claims Tribunal.
The lecture will explore common misconceptions in arbitration and is expected to deliver critical insights for practitioners, students, and researchers in international law and dispute resolution.
This event is open to the public, but registration is mandatory for individuals outside the NLSIU community.
