About the Position

Niyo Solutions Inc. is hiring for an Assistant Manager – Legal to join their legal team in Whitefield, Bangalore. This is an in-office role where you will be responsible for handling various legal functions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, intellectual property management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the fintech industry.

• Role Type: Full-time, In-office
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate various legal agreements.
  • Assist in IP management, including trademark and patent applications.
  • Ensure compliance with BFSI and fintech regulations.
  • Provide legal opinions on civil litigation and dispute resolution.

Location

Whitefield, Bangalore (5 days a week, in-office)

Additional Details

• Experience Required: 5-7 years in legal roles, preferably in-house or at a law firm.
• Qualifications: A five-year integrated law degree from a reputed university. National Law School background or an LLM would be a plus.
• Key Skills: Strong drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills. Experience in fintech and BFSI regulations is highly desirable.
