About the Role

The firm is looking to hire two (2) full-time Associate Advocates with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Fresh graduates enrolled with the Bar are encouraged to apply. This role offers substantial litigation exposure, client interaction, and mentorship by experienced partners.

Responsibilities

Selected associates will play an active role in the litigation and advisory functions of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting legal documents for matters before:

• District Courts, High Court, Supreme Court
• Tribunals like NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC
• Agreements, contracts, and legal opinions

1. Court Appearances and assisting senior advocates during hearings
2. Client Management

• Attending client meetings
• Coordinating updates and documentation
• Maintaining timely communication with clients

1. Research and Reporting

• Conducting legal research
• Updating internal trackers, court lists, and case records

Additional Highlights

Retainer Details:

• INR 30,000/month (for freshers)
• Performance Bonus: Equivalent to one month’s retainer (variable)
