Job Overview

The firm is currently seeking an Associate Advocate (Litigation) to strengthen its legal team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong legal background and have a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling litigation matters. The selected candidate will be responsible for representing the firm in various legal proceedings and providing comprehensive support in litigation-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Court Appearances: Represent the firm before the Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, District Courts, and other relevant tribunals, ensuring effective advocacy for clients.
2. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support cases, providing analytical insights that inform legal strategy.
3. Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and case files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior advocates and team members, providing litigation support and managing case-related activities.
5. Case Management: Handle a diverse range of cases related to Commercial, Civil, Corporate, Arbitration, and Insolvency matters, among others.

Requirements

• Education: A law degree from a recognized institution and membership in the Bar Council of India.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in litigation; freshers are not eligible to apply.
• Skills: Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in legal drafting; and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with legal software and document management systems is essential.
