About the Opportunity
SKV Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Transactions, Project Finance, and General Corporate at its Mumbai office. This is an exciting opportunity for legal professionals with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to work in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment handling complex transactions, financing deals, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on project finance, infrastructure development, M&A transactions, and general corporate matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial and financing agreements.
- Providing regulatory and compliance guidance to clients in various industries.
- Conducting due diligence and risk assessments in transactional matters.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and handling high-profile clients.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of PQE with relevant experience in a law firm or an in-house legal role.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in project finance, corporate structuring, or M&A transactions is highly preferred.
