About the Opportunity

Goyel & Goyal is inviting applications for two full-time Associate positions in its Corporate and Transactions Team – one based in Bengaluru, and the other in New Delhi. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate advisory and venture capital transactions. The selected candidates will work on a range of matters including VC funding, FEMA advisory, fund formation, business restructuring, and regulatory compliance with SEBI/RBI.

  • Keen interest in Indian VC and regulatory ecosystem
  • Exposure to fund formation preferred but not mandatory
