The associate will be expected to independently manage files, engage in court appearances, research, and client communication.

• Handling litigation before High Courts, Tribunals, and lower courts
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, legal notices, and opinions
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
• Managing case files and liaising with clients and senior counsels
