About the Job:

KLDiscovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join its Managed Review Services team. This remote role involves managing large-scale document review projects, supervising teams, ensuring project quality and efficiency, and coordinating directly with clients.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee staffing, security, and logistics of document review projects.
• Lead and mentor review managers and legal teams.
• Train legal teams on substantive legal issues relevant to each project.
• Interface with clients, monitor progress, and ensure project delivery.
• Assist with recruitment, payroll validation, and internal coordination.
• Help build the MR business in India and educate potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Law degree (LLB required; LLM preferred).
• 7+ years in document review; 3–8 years in project management and client-facing roles.
• Prior experience managing PII, HIPAA, and DSAR reviews.
• Expertise with Relativity and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
