About the Opportunity

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices is hiring an Associate for its General Corporate and M&A team at the Hyderabad office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse corporate transactions, strategic advisory, and high-stakes mergers and acquisitions alongside experienced legal professionals.

Event Dates

Format/Structure

• Role Focus: Corporate transactions, due diligence, M&A documentation, regulatory advisory, and client communication.
• Eligibility:
  • 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate and M&A.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
  • Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Compensation: As per industry standards and experience.

Location

📍 Hyderabad – On-site role at Luthra and Luthra’s office in the city’s corporate hub.
