The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in handling corporate transactions, due diligence, legal advisory, and M&A documentation. Format/Structure
This is a full-time associate role within the Corporate Law Practice. The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Draft and negotiate M&A and corporate agreements.
