Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a law firm or consulting environment (preferred).
• Qualifications: A degree in law (LL.B.). A Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage.
• Skills Required: Strong analytical skills, legal drafting proficiency, and the ability to work on complex corporate transactions.
