Key Responsibilities

• Conducting due diligence for various transactions
• Assisting in M&A transactions and corporate deals
• Providing general corporate advisory support to clients
• Drafting legal documents and conducting thorough legal research

Eligibility Criteria

• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law and M&A transactions
• Strong drafting and research skills
• A proactive attitude and a passion for learning
