Key Responsibilities

  • Draft petitions, replies, rejoinders, appeals, affidavits, and legal correspondence.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality legal drafting for litigation matters.

Court Appearances & Litigation

  • Represent clients before the Delhi High Court and District Courts.
  • Assist senior counsel in legal arguments, cross-examinations, and case proceedings.
  • Provide support in mediation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis.
  • Analyze statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
  • Manage case filing and procedural compliance in various courts.

Client Interaction & Consultation

  • Engage with clients to discuss case strategies and legal procedures.
  • Provide professional legal counsel and advisory services.

Writ & Appellate Work

  • Prepare writ petitions, revisions, and appellate filings for higher courts.
  • Ensure compliance with procedural formalities for court filings.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
  • Bar Council Enrollment (eligible to practice law in India).

Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in civil and criminal litigation.
  • Strong legal drafting and legal research skills.
  • Prior experience in Delhi High Court and District Courts litigation.
  • Knowledge of case filing procedures and court documentation management.
  • Technological proficiency (Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and case management software).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
