About the Role

Lexansh & Co. is hiring an Associate (Litigation) to join its team in Gurugram. The role involves handling client matters, assisting in litigation proceedings, and supporting senior lawyers in various legal disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates or those with up to one year of experience to build their career in litigation.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to the NI Act, RERA (UP, Delhi & Gurgaon), and family disputes.
• Assist seniors in commercial disputes and litigation proceedings.
• Represent clients before district courts.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, notices, and replies.
• Prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Research case laws and legal precedents.
• Maintain case files and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
