As part of its corporate legal function, Accenture is hiring an Associate Manager – Employment Law to strengthen its labour and employment legal team in Bengaluru and Gurgaon.


About the Role

The Employment Law Associate Manager will be responsible for advising on employment-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws, handling dispute resolution, and supporting various stakeholders in HR, recruitment, workplace relations, and government compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory Services – Provide legal guidance on hiring, employment contracts, employee benefits, terminations, and workplace policies.
Dispute Resolution & Litigation – Manage employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination claims, and compliance matters.
Regulatory Compliance & Labour Laws – Ensure adherence to labour laws, including the Shops & Establishments Act and other workplace regulations.
POSH & Workplace Investigations – Advise on matters related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act and workplace investigations.
Policy Drafting & Legal Documentation – Draft employment contracts, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
Risk Assessment & Compliance Monitoring – Monitor changes in employment laws, assess their impact, and recommend proactive measures.
External Legal Collaboration – Liaise with external counsel for litigation support and strategic legal advisory.


Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. from a recognized law school with 6+ years of experience in employment law.
✅ Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, workplace investigations, and employment disputes.
Experience in drafting legal policies, employment contracts, and HR compliance frameworks.
Courtroom experience and proficiency in legal research & drafting.
Excellent communication & analytical skills.
