Eligibility

• Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in corporate legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating corporate commercial contracts, including SHA, SPA, and real estate transactional agreements.
• Managing corporate transactional work, including foreign exchange management and company law matters.
• Ensuring exceptional contractual drafting, client communication, and effective negotiation.
• Collaborating with the team and meeting deadlines efficiently.

• Proficiency in handling corporate legal nuances.
• Attention to detail in drafting and client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
