About the Position

Kumar Legal Research LLP is looking for an Associate Partner with 7–10 years of experience in Project Finance Law. The role will involve significant responsibilities, including drafting and negotiating financing documentation, advising on loan agreements, security documentation, and working with lenders, financial institutions, and project developers on financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating financing documentation for energy, infrastructure, and power projects.
• Advising on loan agreements, consortium lending, and compliance matters.
• Managing complex transactions and leading client relationships.
• Collaborating with financial institutions and project developers.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7–10 years of experience in Project Finance Law, preferably in the Infrastructure/Energy sectors.
• Expertise in banking and financial legal frameworks.
• Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and communication.
• Experience with banks, NBFCs, or law firms handling major financing deals.
• Leadership readiness to take on Partner-level responsibilities.
