✔ Legal Research & Case Analysis – Conduct in-depth research on commercial disputes, corporate law, and arbitration matters.
✔ Drafting & Pleadings – Prepare legal notices, petitions, written statements, and contractual documents.
✔ Client Representation – Assist in court appearances, drafting submissions, and preparing arguments.
✔ Courtroom Exposure – Work on litigation matters before High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts.
✔ Legal Strategy & Advisory – Engage in case discussions, litigation strategy, and dispute resolution planning.
✅ 1-3 years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
✅ Strong drafting, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
✅ Eager to learn and engage with complex legal matters.
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
