About the Job

SR Legal is hiring an Associate to join its Corporate and Commercial Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong background in corporate disputes and advisory services.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

✔ Litigation & Case Handling – Represent clients in corporate disputes, commercial litigation, and arbitration.
✔ Legal Drafting & Advisory – Prepare pleadings, written statements, legal opinions, and case strategies.
✔ Client Management – Engage in client advisory, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
✔ Court & Tribunal Representation – Appear before High Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitration Panels.
✔ Regulatory Compliance & White-Collar Litigation – Work on insolvency proceedings, fraud investigations, and financial regulatory matters.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Minimum 1+ years PQE in litigation, arbitration, or corporate legal advisory.
✅ Prior experience in boutique litigation firms or corporate law practice is preferred.
✅ Strong legal research, drafting, and case analysis skills.
✅ Eager to work in high-stakes commercial disputes and fast-paced litigation matters.
