About the Job
The firm is looking for lawyers with a core focus on Intellectual Property (IP) litigation. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work on high-stakes IP cases, trademark disputes, copyright matters, and patent litigation.

Key Responsibilities
✔ IP Litigation & Case Management – Handle trademark, copyright, and patent litigation before courts and tribunals.
✔ Legal Research & Advisory – Conduct research on complex IP laws, precedents, and case strategies.
✔ Drafting & Pleadings – Prepare legal pleadings, petitions, notices, and responses in IP disputes.
✔ Client Representation – Advocate and represent clients before courts, arbitrators, and regulatory bodies.
✔ Contract & IP Agreements – Review and draft licensing agreements, IP contracts, and infringement notices.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Minimum 3 years PQE in litigation with a strong focus on Intellectual Property laws.
✅ Experience in trademark, copyright, and patent litigation.
✅ Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and litigation strategy.
✅ Strong advocacy skills and ability to handle independent casework.
