As part of its expanding team, United & United is currently hiring two experienced lawyers for its Litigation Team.
The firm is looking for lawyers with a core focus on Intellectual Property (IP) litigation. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work on high-stakes IP cases, trademark disputes, copyright matters, and patent litigation.

✔ IP Litigation & Case Management – Handle trademark, copyright, and patent litigation before courts and tribunals.
✔ Legal Research & Advisory – Conduct research on complex IP laws, precedents, and case strategies.
✔ Drafting & Pleadings – Prepare legal pleadings, petitions, notices, and responses in IP disputes.
✔ Client Representation – Advocate and represent clients before courts, arbitrators, and regulatory bodies.
✔ Contract & IP Agreements – Review and draft licensing agreements, IP contracts, and infringement notices.
âś… Minimum 3 years PQE in litigation with a strong focus on Intellectual Property laws.
âś… Experience in trademark, copyright, and patent litigation.
âś… Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and litigation strategy.
âś… Strong advocacy skills and ability to handle independent casework.
